Ideagroup debuts its latest vision at Milano Design Week: Architectural forms. Human spaces

Ideas & Trends

On the occasion of Milano Design Week 2026, Italian bathroom furniture brand Ideagroup opens the doors to ‘Spazio Milano’, its Milanese showroom housed in one of Via Manzoni’s most beautiful historic buildings.

This inspiring space caters to design professionals, serving as a hub where innovative concepts and versatile solutions for personal well-being come to life. The space highlights the breadth of Ideagroup’s expertise, featuring an extensive collection that spans bathroom furniture, shower enclosures, free-standing bathtubs, and wellness products.

During Milan’s international Design Week, Ideagroup will present ‘Architectural Forms. Human spaces”. This narrative explores the group’s vision, emphasising the design process as a dynamic form of expression that balances tradition with innovation:  a ‘place’ of knowledge, connection, and dialogue between those who conceive well-being products, those who craft them, and those seeking inspiration.

Ultimately, it is only by returning the human being to the centre of the design process that new, more person-centred proportions and configurations can emerge.

Collection highlights

Cubik: the essential language of architecture

At Milano Design Week, Ideagroup is showcasing a new evolution of the iconic Cubik collection. This furniture range speaks the essential language of architecture, where aesthetic precision and clean geometric lines are seamlessly combined, and textured surfaces offer a pleasing sensory experience.

Designed in 2012 by Riccardo Gava, Ideagroup’s designer and art director, Cubik is characterised by the 45-degree sloping edges of its handle-less doors and drawers, ensuring a seamless, minimalist design—a signature detail that has established Cubik as a benchmark collection and a timeless reference in Italian and global bathroom design.

The collection now evolves with new versatile modularity options and finishes  tailored to address more specific design requirements. Key new features include a 48.5 cm high module with a central groove between the drawers, and a 60.5 cm high wall-mounted module. These additions reflect contemporary living trends that call for more generous storage solutions.

New open base and wall units have been added to provide enhanced storage capacity and allow for more versatile arrangements. Featuring the collection’s signature 45-degree edge, these new pieces maintain perfect visual continuity across the entire collection.

Premium natural materials, such as Rovere Caffè and Rovere Termo, have been introduced to expand the range of available finishes. These expertly crafted finishes maintain a continuous grain match between the fronts and the end panels, a signature touch that elevates the prestige of the Cubik range.

The existing range of finishes is further enhanced by new Unicolor HPL laminate finishes with marble-effect textures: Verde Dolomiti, Grigio Yule, Rosso Maya, and Bianco Olimpo. Complementing these are five new solid colours—Scintilla, Firmamento, Lampo, Bagliore, and Meteora—each featuring a sophisticated, tactile ‘dusty effect’.

To enhance creative freedom and broaden the scope for colour combinations, the collection’s distinctive 45-degree aluminium-framed fronts are now available in all matt and ‘Metal colour’ shades from the Ideagroup range. This update enables designers to pair these coloured frames with panels in glossy or etched glass back-lacquered in any colour in the Ideagroup palette, or in the existing stop-sol and clear grey etched glass options. Rounding off the glass selection is a new deco-style ‘Flutes’ glass option: a three-dimensional ribbed glass available in a frosted finish in all shades in the Ideagroup colour palette.

New accessories and complementary items
Rich textures and creative design

Ideagroup debuts several new additions to its range of complementary items for the bathroom: marble countertops with integrated washbasins, and the Halo and Rand countertop washbasins in Cristalplant. The collection’s versatility is enhanced by the introduction of marble versions of the Giove 03, Pool, and Dream washbasins, as well as a revamped Multiplo mirror that now features a practical integrated bottom open storage compartment.

Snap: where design excellence meets aesthetic versatility

At Milano Design Week, Ideagroup rounds off its ‘total bathroom’ proposal with the launch of Snap by Disenia. This new shower enclosure, characterised by its minimalist frame, offers a contemporary take on ergonomic comfort. Suitable for niche or corner layouts and reaching a height of 198 cm, it is available in a sliding, a folding, and a hinged version, the latter featuring dual inward and outward opening, providing the versatility needed to accommodate a wide variety of architectural requirements.

Snap offers extensive customisation possibilities, including multiple frame finishes and glass of 6 mm or 8 mm. The glass can also be transparent, frosted, bronze, smoked, extra-clear, or mirror-effect.
